I regret buying this TV. I had just bought a new home and wanted a new TV for our living room and didn't want to break the bank. TV picture is fine for the price, but everything else is horribly wrong. The remote has horrible mesh buttons from the 70s that are unresponsive, the home menu is obnoxious to maneuver around. Half the time I boot up Hulu or Netflix I get "starting error" and have to spend 2 minutes turning the tv on and off again. The worst part is I used to do apple airplay and screen mirroring on our old tv that worked flawlessly. This TV constantly disconnects from my phone and lags every 30 seconds. If all you're doing is watching movies this TV is fine but it's a terrible smart TV. Get something nicer or just order a 4k Fire Stick with this because the LG interface is terrible.

I originally purchased a Sony 65 inch tv that was an open box. After taking it home and mounting it, the picture didn’t show. I took the television down and drove it back to the store. After speaking with the manager, I was able to purchase my LG 65 inch. This is absolutely a great television for the price and picture quality.

I really like this TV for what I watch on it. The only problem I have had with it, so far, is figuring out the remote and setting up the wifi channels. After several hours of trying to program the TV and remote, I had to go online and download the instructions for the remote and programming instructions I needed. This was different than my Samsung TV, which was much easier to program, but this LG TV has much more options than the the older Samsung TV.

I bought this TV on a Black Friday as Christmas gift. Picture quality is good, but not sure if it is the cable box or TV, the sound volume goes down sporadically...we never noticed it with our old Samsung. Otherwise, so far, not a bad purchase

The gentleman that helped me choose this tv was very helpful and explained the pros and cons of other tvs as well but the picture is absolutely amazing on our LG tv, We couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you

Dicent tv for dicent price. Have it in our master bedroom for those days when we want to watch something comfortably nested in our beds. Picture quality is not the same as our OLED LG TV, but still good enough to enjoy it.

This TV has been such a great addition to our living area. The size is perfect, the quality is outstanding, and we have had no issues with it whatsoever. The webOS features are really wonderful and convenient as well. Would definitely recommend!

The quality is better than I expected in picture. I had the same model from 2 years ago and definite improvement! The sound is fantastic. There is a very thin frame around the TV so be considerate when removing from box. It’s a great TV for its price.

Really good TV... Bought it last minute got Superbowl. A really nice picture and the live TV channels are nice as well. Good price as well. Definitely recommended

Clear, crisp picture, webos feature which is pretty cool. You can search the web via the TV. It’s compatible with Alexa echo. I have only had the TV for 2 weeks, but so far so good.
