The picture quality is great, and it connected with no problems to my external hi-fi amplifier so I get great sound from my speaker system. However there is one big problem. The software is EXTREMELY slow and buggy, making several apps very sluggish or even cause the TV to completely freeze to the point where I have to turn the TV off and on again (for example Tubi, Spotify, and Plex are all practically unusable). Pressing a button and waiting 30 seconds for something to happen is unacceptable. I have no such issues with my old (non-smart) TV with a Roku. Thinking of just buying a Roku and plugging it into this TV too, bypassing LG's operating system.

65” LG UHD ThinQ

Issues I’m encountering are internet connectivity from time to time which I’ve never had w/ my TCL. I’m also more fond of TCL’s interface vs LG. Other than that, it’s a decent TV so far.
