    I tried to give this one a shot but was disappointed on 3 separate occasions. First one I received had noticeable clouding around the edges with red dots in the middle, second one I received was better but still clouded around the edges, and the third one, the screen was not even visible out of the box. This has turned me off to LG completely and will be looking elsewhere for my living room TV.

    I have this TV for one year since Jan 27, 2024. I’m watching Netflix, pause and got up for 5 minutes, came back and the TV is black. BestBuy basically told me I was on my own. I regret buying this TV

    Of all the Lg TVs I own this one is by far the worst one in the house. It freezes all the time when streaming. I have to turn the whole tv off and on to get it to work properly sometimes and even then that doesn’t always work. I hate this tv by far the worst. Oh and the picture quality sucks too its pixelated

    Wi-Fi issues

    It’s a great tv when it works. Always having issues with Wi-Fi. I have a older lg in my bedroom with the same Wi-Fi and no issues. I can be in the middle of bingeing a show and after 5 episodes it just kicks me off and won’t connect again.

    Turned it on and when the screen is dark, 3 red lights show. I thought it might just be when it’s all black, but no. You can see the dots while watching regular shows. Very disappointed

    Clouded out after a few months. LG claimed this was normal and would not warranty a fix or swap.

    As soon as we took it out of the box, screen was completely cracked and nonfunctional. This is the 2nd time ive purchased a TV from best buy and I will think twice again about ever buying from best buy again!!

    They boxbroken items forsale. After purchase if you dont unbox immediately, your stuck with the purchse. Warranty does not cover physical damage which is dumb.

    The tv i purchased was broken out of the box. The screen is dented at the top and shattered at the bottom. Can i get a replacement?

    I’m very disappointed with my purchase. You will read all the wonderful reviews. I’ve owned many TV’s and this is my 3rd Smart TV. I couldn’t wait to upgrade to this one when I moved into a larger place. Due to cancer (sorry to bring it here, but…) I watch so much TV while I’m healing or reading from treatments). Sadly. One hopes to count on a TV. The picture? Beautiful! It’s crisp and clear! However, the remote is horrible! The OS platform and app settings were a bit of a challenge. What I don’t understand is why a TV of this caliber does not have a better remote or wireless connection. I lose connection at least once a day. It’s not my internet. No other device has this issue on my network. It “lags” when you hit home button on remote. While you think it’s going to switch to home, it will switch right back to what you’re currently watching. Furthermore, to get a “magic” remote I must pay extra and buy it. I connected my Amazon and Alexa only to find out my remote doesn’t even have this capability. I have a 55 inch TCL (3 years) that is faster and more integrated than this. The picture is not as wonderful; however, I have no issues at all. It’s easy. This should be easy. I’m highly disappointed and there’s nothing I can do about it now. On a side note, my screen, on home mode, has white spots on the bottom left corner and a bit on the right side (not when using apps or streaming services). I waited so long to upgrade. I’d go with a Samsung, FireTV, even TCL, before this one again.

    Great budget TV. Picture quality is excellent and LG just makes really great stuff no matter how you cut it. Had another budget TV before that was a QLED which is technically supposed to be better picture quality, but I actually prefer the quality of this one more as it's less grainy and more true to real color (and no, I don't keep it on stock settings)...it doesn't over compensate, just a preference of mine. If you're not wanting or don't have it in you to spend $2000+ on a tv this size, this is a great choice. Software is much better as well in my opinion compared to Google or Roku. Occasionally lags a hair, but not to the point where it grinds gears and doesn't happen often. Just a nitpick, remote could have a better design, but I'm not constantly changing what I'm watching so not a big deal. I use a sound bar so can't give too much of an opinion on the sound quality. It's a good tv and it works well especially for the price. I would recommend it.
