    When streaming videos through the web browser, it loses FPS and the sound slows down several times. Playing games also loses resolution when there is any motion, which is completely unacceptable. System OS is slower than a phone from 10 years ago. Don't let the size of the screen fool you, thr quality will be less than enough.

    By far the worst smart TV ive ever owned

    Extremely laggy, apps take forever to load up, tv is horrible in terms of responsiveness you hit a button on the remote and takes 10/15 seconds for the tv to response, always an update which fixes nothing, had I not thrown the box away this tv definely would hwve went back after a month of use its sitting in our basement closet

    The picture quality is not very good. People's faces often are washed out, and the edges are blurred when the people and objects on the screen move.

    Don’t buy. Picture quality is poor and you can’t access a ton of the main stream channels (no ESPN, NBC, CBS…) so I had to make an additional purchase of a Roku stick but it’s not compatible with the TV as it’s not 4K. The TV takes forever to react to whatever you click on the remote. Overall super unhappy with the TV, strongly do not recommend.

    After 3 weeks the sound went out.After unplugging for 60 seconds and holding on button for 30 seconds the sound finally came back on

    red dots and red bar.

    There are red dots and a red bar that will not go away. This seems to be a problem with some of these tv's. Other reviewers are complaining about it as well. How can this pass quality control? I would not recommend buying this tv.

    Absolute trash. Green line after only 3 years and of course the warranty doesn’t cover after 1. Save yourself money and frustration and get yourself a Samsung.

    Light bleeds a lot from edges
