The picture on this tv is pixely in dark scenes, buffers constantly, slow to react to remote, goes in and out of clarity. Had an LG tech come out, and basically told me nothing is wrong and I should've bought an OLED tv and spent more money. My 10+ yr old Insignia tv has a better picture than this. The LG tech just said yeah it probably does. Older tvs are made better.! Don't trust what a tv looks like playing in the store, and don't trust the BestBuy employee's recommendations. I'll never buy anything from this store or this brand again. BestBuy return policy is 14 days. It took me a month to realize this tv just isn't that great and the problem was the tv and not my internet Additionally: it's difficult to get the tv panel bright enough, the sound is awful without using external bluetooth speakers or a sound bar. Avoid this model or anything by LG
