    I was so unimpressed with the picture quality. The colors were over-saturated, the picture was not at all crisp, and watching sports the picture looked blurry at times. I had serious buyer’s remorse. I went back to the store and and was told I needed a higher speed TV (120/60). They recommended the Samsung QN55Q70CAFXZA and even did in-home exchange (kudos Best Buy!). I love my new TV. Such better picture quality.

    We were tricked in buying this TV. When it was delivered, mounted, and set up in our house we notice that it is so slow when on everything. Slow in updating, slow in changing channels, slow in everything. We will return this and get a samsung instead. Also, the airplay and mirroring is not working. Our devices cannot recognize this tv after downloading mirroring apps and setting up airplay

    Set up not easy at all.

    Stupid smart tv did NOT set up channels from antenna nor did set up process even ASK the question about auto scan the channels. It took 20 minutes of blindly clicking on different settings for me to find “scan channel” setup. Another complaint for all these products that ask for serial number… print them larger and in a convenient place. Not on Back of a heavy tv that is now on the wall. Perhaps print on box or on paperwork

    Comes with some Wi-Fi issues. It has some connectivity issues from time to time. When streaming picture does get blurred often.

    The store had what I wanted, But took forever to get someone to help me get the TV I already knew what I wanted i just needed someone ro pu it from the back. Definitely unorganized staff. Make you wanna order from Amazon and void the lack of customer service.

    Poor picture goes in and out of clarity, faces are red patchy, picture looks good 1 minute and grainy the next, spent $600 and got nothing. I went from YouTube tv, to spectrum and now Dish no change

    Was a great TV. Until one year and 3 months in (out of manufacturer warranty by 3 months) is took a crap on us. I have an old plasma TV thats over 10 years old that is still working. GARBAGE its all GARBAGE these days

    The TV failed within a year, forcing me to buy a different brand. It stopped displaying images, though the sound still worked. With no warranty, the issue remained unresolved. I don’t recommend this product.

    Not Sony’s best TV

    Load times for apps took forever. Apps would also intermittently close. Multiple other issues. The great thing about this TV, Sony stood behind the product. Try to fox a couple of times. Then replaced with the version of TV that did not have the inherent problems. Kudos to Sony and their customer servce team.

    Useless with spectrum

    Best Buy rep pushed this LG set, even though we wanted a Samsung. This set was not usable out of the box, and two weeks later, we still have no way to connect to cable. We are only able to use the apps already loaded into the television. I cannot recommend LG or Best Buy to anybody but my enemies.
