Love the Smart TV capabilities!

It connects to my wi fi at home and the options on it allow me to make it cinematic but also basic. So far it has been a nice addition to our new game room

Troble with sound system.

The sound gets much louder when the advertisement is on. When the advertisement is mute and end when it goes back to the other you tub or Tv program can not be unmuted for a few minutes.

I simple dont like it.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this tv about 6 months. If you are using basic apps, Netflix, Hulu, etc it is fine. However i absolutely despise this tv. You can connect anything without LG app. Also LG apps isnt great. The home screen and navigation is bad. It will automatically play there tv app if you leave tv on. I will never purchase another LG tv/product.

Disappointed

The worst service ever
