Good quality picture, sound(even though I bought a Bose soundbar). The remote was difficult to receive Comcast service( they couldn’t figure out either). It took 2 days, 3 men,(since on remote it does say tv inout on remote), to keep me from calling Best Buy to come and get tv.

LG has always been our go to. Just replaced our 55" LG TV that we've had for over 13 years!! These products LAST! We've never been disappointed in our purchases of LG products. The old TV had a sensor that went out on it. I did the troubleshooting with LG support via Live Chat and was extremely satisfied with the results. Sad the TV went out, but got to upgrade to a larger one at a better price. Thank you LG for your assistance and always putting out great products. LIFE'S GOOD for sure!

So far so good, great quality tv for an exceptional price! It can also control my soundbar from remote which is the first time I’ve been able to do that with a tv

Love the TV. Hate the remote. There’s no exit button on the remote so you have to back out of everything or change input. Also the main menu is kinda busy. Other than that, great TV for the price.

The picture is of great quality. We are very happy with the 65" and how sharp the image is on the screen. We upgraded from a TV that was nearly 15 years old, so this was a huge change. I highly recommend this tv!
