NO MORE LG PRODUCTS: hate this tv and LG support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.terrible television - Been meaning to provide negative reviews for a long time now, since I started feeling buyers remorse immediately after receiving my TV. I spent so much time looking at reviews, and I had an LG UHD TV almost ten years ago, that was great... I absolutely hate this TV, unfortunately, the software is extremely buggy, picture quality is not good, and backlighting is so terrible. It sucks, because so often I get upset when watching a movie or TV show that should be super high quality (i have gig network), But picture quality or lighting makes it very difficult to take in the whole scenery of any given scene. I'm gonna provide some better reviews, more concise, with better details... But one thing to mention real quick, LG customer service seems to be a joke, They basically closed my tickets without contacting me, weren't actually able to apparently view the images and videos that I sent them, to support my complaints With the defective TV.... one more thing This TV has certain features, that you can't access, unless you actually buy a separate magic remote for the TV, didn't even come with the remote to enable all the features. Sorry for the long review This will most likely be the very last product I purchased from LG. Maybe this company has gone downhill since the last decade when I bought A smart TV. Again, Severely disappointed that this was the TV I had decided on , around last Christmas time 2024

Best purchase of the year I’ve made so far. The TV pairs well with other appliances such as Alexa and Google Home. All TV’s are basically on the same playing field these days aside from the 4K but this gets the job done perfectly.
