This might be the worst operating software on a tv. The lag time from hitting a button to the software responding is far too long. This if for the office to be able to display our computers / presentations so it isn't the end of the world but if this if for home use, I would suggest moving on. No way I would be able to deal with the interface / operating system for home use.

I didnt like that Best Buy wouldn't honor a $20 price drop i saw 19 days after i purchased the TV. I was informed they only honor price drops within 15 days of purchase
