Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very light use , just average from a working man most of the day out , just turn the TV for few minutes mornings, 15 minutes , evening 3 hours , the TV Die at 2100 using hours , I purchased this tv because I already had one in my living room wall with over 14,000 hours of view , ( older model ) Best Buy should be able and honest to sell items that at least last more than a year

The picture is beautiful and the sound was surprisingly good. We didn’t need a soundbar and found that the Clear Voice option and AI sound were actually helpful in enhancing dialog without causing ear busting variations for explosions and action films. That said the operating system and processor were painfully slow. I’d read reviews that said there was lag when clicking apps but it was so much worse than expected. Apps like Disney, Hulu, even Netflix would freeze in the middle of a movie. HBO Max became so fuzzy it was hard to see. I think we got a lemon and there was a problem with the WiFi /internet card or something. We tried all kinds of fixes and tests and ended up returning the TV after 49 days and exchanging it for a Hisense 65” QLED U7 which is better by miles. In case you’re wondering—yes we tested internet speed. Our home WiFi was not the issue as we had no problems streaming on phones, tablets, laptops or our smaller Samsung tv upstairs. We had an LG “dumb TV” that was over 12 years old before it finally conked out. We had used it with a fire stick. Unfortunately the new smart LG just didn’t have the power to stream anything without buffering and freezing. For our price range the Hisense has been much better so far with no buffering or streaming problems
