||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered two of these tvs delivered from Best Buy on 4/15/25. They were delivered 4/17/25. I opened one and mounted it within a week but the other was going in a room that wasn’t ready yet so I set it aside in a safe place. I was finally able to open it up today, 6/13/25, and as soon as I powered it on the screen was cracked badly, rendering the tv inoperable. Best Buy said basically I had two weeks from the order date to get a return and passed the buck to LG even though I’d paid them for the tv and for delivery. LG said a cracked screen voids the manufacturer warranty and will not replace. If you order a tv from Best Buy and don’t want to pay their shakedown cost for an extended warranty you’d better open and function check it in a hurry or they won’t care when you discover one of their handlers or delivery drivers was less than careful with it. I will not be purchasing electronics from Best Buy or LG again.
