Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had to return the first one because it was damaged so it was pretty inconvenient to unpack and set up a tv that had obviously been returned because it had a blue line through the picture, then to have to unhook it and pack it back up and take it back to them. Get a different one and start all over again.

Major complaint is that about a week after intial setup where i had to click and agree to terms...it INTERRUPTED a crucial part of my ballgame to force me to agree to new terms. Ridiculous...leave me alone and let me watch television. My Samsung has NEVER done anything stupid like that, never again LG

We were expecting a “Smart” TV, but this one apparently is stupid. We constantly have problems with opening or loading apps. Another annoying issue is, that it takes 10 seconds to adjust to High Resolution. So, it starts fuzzy and than gets sharp.
