Great Picture If I Could Actually Watch a Show

I’ve updated the TV and apps woth no change. I can’t even watch a complete show without the sound going out and the TV trying to catch up. This does not happen on my Samsung that is in an adjacent room (same internet). Luckily I purchased this on sale. I will now upgrade to a Samsung.

Also, go to Network Settings and switch the connection between the 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands on your router, as some environments may have signal interference impacting data throughput on certain frequencies. The worst.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate this Tv with a burning passion. It’s a giant piece of junk. The remote looks like it came from 1993. Only a COUPLE apps actually work on it. The other ones just don’t. They’ll have playback errors, just straight shut down, have a wheel then take you back to the other screens. It logged me out of multiple apps. I honestly have never been more frustrated with technology. My husband and I literally work in tech and are very knowledgeable and we’re about to pull our hair out.

Bad LG for unalterable HDMI "Deep Color" setting

This makes all colors oversaturated and appear cartoonish. There does not appear to override the setting. My TiVo does not have a way to reverse the setting. Silly choice on LG's part.

Found out it was incompatible with Spectrum TV after I got it home and hung on the wall.My fault for not doing the research prior.Just don't know why manufacturers don't make all TVs interchangeable with carriers.

Bad tv

I had to download a universal remote on to my phone to use the tv. Called customer service didn’t get any help. Best Buy won’t return it. Don’t waste your time or money.

WORST COMPANY EVER

It took 3 weeks to receive my tv then you deliver it 2 hours outside the assigned window and DAMAGED. I managed to schedule a pickup for return and your driver never showed up!! He marked himself as arrived. I stood outside for 15 mins looking for him and he never showed up!! I have never encountered worse service in my life!!

Frustrating

It doesn't connect to my WiFi. I call Best Buy, and they set up an appointment to repair it. The website tells me they have delivered parts, which I did not receive. I have to cancel appointment. I check to see if any parts were delivered. They were not. I make another appointment and contact Best Buy. The chat keeps kicking me off every time I reach an agent because the agent asks me to wait or takes a while to acknowledge me in the chat when the conversation first begins. So much time wasted. I reach an agent, who tells me that no parts are needed. Great. I receive a text asking me to confirm my appointment the day before the appointment. I confirm it. They call me the day of the appointment during the appointment window to say they are not coming. From whomever I spoke with, they are under the impression that I do not need the appointment anymore. They tell me that the parts ARE needed and they are going to schedule another appointment. From the time I have purchased this TV in the store, it has been a whole month. I am so disappointed at the cancellation of this appointment and the difficulty of communicating with agents regarding my repairs. Also, if they knew this part was needed without even coming to my home to look at the TV, why was it not simply included in my initial purchase? I did not expect this from Best Buy.
