To address the blurry image, we recommend checking the Picture Settings to adjust the sharpness and clarity. Hi, Javier. Thanks for sharing your feedback on the LG TV (65UT7000PUA) model. We understand your concern about distracting backlight bleed and uneven black levels, especially when you're watching darker scenes or using the TV in a dimly lit room. We strive to provide high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations.

One thing you might want to try is tweaking the backlight and local dimming settings in your picture mode options. Switching to Cinema or Expert (Dark Room) mode and dialing down the backlight and brightness could really help with that light bleed in darker settings. Plus, turning on features like AI Picture Pro might just optimize the display based on what you're watching and the lighting around you. Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG TV (65UT7000PUA) model. We understand your concern about a product that doesn't meet your expectations, especially when you run into issues like missing local antenna channels and unavailable apps. Our goal is to provide products that really make our customers happy.

For the local antenna channels, it might help to double-check the antenna connection on your TV and do a quick channel scan from Settings > Channels > Auto Tune. This should help ensure everything is set up just right. If you’re still having issues, it could be related to the type of antenna or the signal strength in your area.

When it comes to app availability, we know that not every app comes pre-installed on all models. But don’t worry! You can usually download more apps directly from the LG Content Store (you can find it on the Home Dashboard). If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, it might be due to regional restrictions or compatibility.

We also understand that needing an extra streaming device can be a bit of a hassle. We want you to enjoy your TV as much as possible, so feel free to reach out to us via private message on social media @LGUSSupport. We're here and ready to help with any troubleshooting or solutions tailored just for you.

Hi. Randall. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG TV (65UT7000PUA) model. We understand your concern about having your screen damaged so soon after purchase—especially when you're expecting a stable and secure setup from day one. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations.

The included stands are designed to support the TV when placed on a flat, level surface, but for larger models like the 65", we always recommend mounting the TV to a wall or placing it on a wide, stable TV stand that can fully support the screen’s width and weight. The legs are positioned near the edges to improve stability, but if the surface isn’t large or level enough, the unit could be at risk of tipping.

To help avoid future accidents, you can also use VESA-compliant wall mounting brackets, which not only save space but provide the most secure installation. If you'd like help selecting a compatible mount or discussing next steps for service options, please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport. Our team will be more than happy to assist further. ^Juvy LG

Hi, Rhonda. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your concern about lagging when trying to enjoy your TV. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations. To help improve the performance, we recommend checking the connection between your TV and any devices (such as cable boxes, gaming consoles, or streaming devices) to ensure they’re securely plugged in. Additionally, you can try resetting the TV's picture settings or performing a software update, as this can sometimes resolve lagging issues.
