If the cord continues to fall off, you may want to try adjusting the placement of the TV or using a different cable if available to ensure a more secure connection.
Regarding the sound, we recommend adjusting the Sound Mode. You can access this by pressing the Settings button on your remote and navigating to All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode. Try selecting Standard or Cinema mode to enhance the volume and audio quality. If the sound still isn't loud enough, adjusting the Sound Output or adding an external sound system like a soundbar might also help improve the experience.

Great TV for a Great Price

We purchased it as a Christmas present for my dad's girlfriend and she was so thrilled and excited. They loved watching their old shows before, they truly love watching them now. The sound quality is good. The picture is clean. I love the webos function to be able to navigate the internet as well.

I received the damaged TV, and it took me 3 days to get through to a human being at best buy. One of those human beings directed me to contact the LG manufacturer because he didn't want to have to help me. I finally found a great employee who helped me through the end of it. I was told inconsistent information throughout the process which was very frustrating e g, the new TV was supposed to be delivered and the setup was supposed to be on the same day, but it was 10 days apart.

It was delivered promptly and carefully and we are very pleased with it and the deal we got. We renewed our expired Best Buy membership and credit card and received future discount credit on the card. We are extremely satisfied that we made the right decision with this Best Buy purchase. We even added an extended 5 yr warranty.
