Jason and his team member ( whose name I forget) were just professionals!! I’m a senior and could not have done this on my own!! Even though it was expensive , I’m glad I hired the geek squad!!!

Low end but OK TV. Remote is from the 90s.

Its is not the LG Magic Remote I am used to on my other LG TVs. The tech who installed it told me that this is because its a low end TV. Response time when switching apps is very slow. The processor is slow. As they say, you get what you pay for.

It takes a while for it to come on from when I hit the power Button. If it keeps happening, I will return. Some of the pictures isn't clear as well. Also How is this a 2024 TV and doesn't come with a Voice Option on the remote? It's like 1000 buttons and not one for Alexa....

I have some hearing loss so hooking it up with my Beats Pro headset keeps my neighbors happy. Hope it last for a couple of years

Great TV for 10 days

Easy to setup and had a great picture - for 10 days. Then started having the same issue with the new one as we had with the old one - sound but the picture would cut off. Over a few days, the picture would cut out faster and faster, until it would only stay on for a minute. Returned it and bought a Sony at a much higher price point, Geek Squad said the processor was bad.

So far everything is functional and kids enjoying the movies they want. Im happy as well with service provided by Best Buy. From the time I bought in the store until the delivery.
