But now I could not get it swapped out for 2 weeks. So far not great impression unfortunately. I went thru you directly rather than amazon hoping I would receive better product and service. Had to purchase membership to assure the next one to arrive has 60 day return rather than the short 2 week without membership. Originally I was unable to access my account which I have a current geek squad on my computer. I had to create a new account for new tv and service plan. I am still unable to access my original account. So I guess my experience has not been great so far sadly.

I went to hook up my surround sound system only to discover that the back of the tv I have is not the same as the pictures on this tv even though this is the one i bought. There is optical output or hdmi arc as pictured on this site.

I went back to the store to return it, but I didn't like the assistant and her policies, since according to her, if it is damaged or broken from the store, you take it home and they don't give you your money back, without it being my fault. Very bad experience, because of their policies, it's better. Bj's.
