Picture quality not good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture quality is not great compared to other TVs in this price range. When watching sports, the field is not clear and the jersey numbers are hard to read, not what you expect from a 4K tv. We have tried various picture modes and nothing seems to improve it. Overall not impressed.

||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not happy at all. This is the Tv I bought. I went to hook up my surround sound system only to discover that the back of the tv I have is not the same as the pictures on this tv even though this is the one i bought. There is optical output or hdmi arc as pictured on this site.

Posted .Hi, there. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with the LG TV (65UT7570PUB) model. We understand how important it is for your TV to match your expectations—especially when setting up a surround sound system. A helpful troubleshooting step is to check if your sound system is connected to the HDMI port labeled 'eARC' on the back of the TV. The eARC port supports the transfer of high-quality audio signals from the TV to your soundbar or audio receiver. You may also need to adjust the TV's sound settings to output audio through the connected device. For a closer look at the port layout and setup instructions, you can visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-65UT7570PUB.AUSQ. If you’d like us to help verify your unit or walk through setup steps, feel free to email us at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. We’re here to assist you every step of the way. ^Juvy

WebOS is painfully slow. Not ready for primetime.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.WebOS is junk. Takes way too long to load basic stuff. So slow it’s not worth it. I reverted Toma FireStick. Picture is decent for the price point. Overall, would not buy again.

Worst experience.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst experience. After picking out the TV I scheduled A delivery. Best Buy called and told me they couldn’t deliver it. Then they called me back and told me they could deliver it. It didn’t come. They sent me an hour away to a warehouse that didn’t have it. Scheduled another delivery, they didn’t come. When the TV finally came, it was stuck on demo mode, and the remote did not work. Still have not resolved this, and waiting for a person to come out to take a look after they already rescheduled.

Posted .Hello there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding your LG 65 Class UT75 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2024). We understand that the delivery issues with the retailer and the current problem with the TV being stuck in demo mode with a non-working remote certainly didn't meet your expectations. Your feedback is important, and we'd like to assist you further with the TV's functionality.
We understand your inquiry about the demo mode and remote. A common troubleshooting step to exit the "Store Demo Mode" is to access the settings menu. Since your remote is not working, you may need to use the physical buttons on the TV (usually located on the side or bottom) to navigate, or you can check if replacing the remote batteries helps. If you can access the menu, please navigate to: Settings → General → Home/Store Mode → Select Home Mode.
