Very disappointed with my customer experience

I called customer service at BB and was told that it was now outside the return window-call LG. When I did call and finally spoke with a rep we could not resolve because I was not on site.

Cheap - Red Dots & Lines show up after 15 days

Can't do anything about it. All of the online forums say it will get worse. Probably won't last a year. I won't buy from Best Buy again.

The service/delivery, the quality of the item, and the value all have made this a great company go with and a great product to purchase. Endless hours of play/watch time and countless laughs/enjoyment. Clear picture and great sound. You wont be disappointed. It can be upgraded to have a voice recognition remote. Overall a great buy!

Really good value Smart TV

Unpacking and attaching the legs was easy and I was viewing my new TV quickly. (It replaced a Sony Bravia the same size that completely died after about 12 years!) The LG’s picture is great. I can’t speak for the sound, since I have it connected to a separate sound system.
