    Amazing premium Soundbar for a really packaged home theatre experience. Best buy shopping experience was also seamless from ordering to receiving the product.

    Connectivity bugs

    This soundbar is very disappointing in terms of connectivity. It randomly disconnects while playing and we have set it up so we know it works. It’s just the instability in terms of connection that is frustrating. For a high quality item I did not expect this. I miss having a Sonos.

    Purchased this item with high expectations based on the other reviews. Got it all hooked up and had no bass. Checked all the connections and the app. No matter what i did there was no bass.
