    Very stylish and interesting features. Bought for an upscale rental condo to replace broken stove and the tenant was thrilled! Looking forward to hearing how she loves it! Tested out and all seemed to best to quickly! Best Buy has a great price and cc allowed financing option! Happy!

    This oven has a lot of great features that help make you feel safe especially with kids in the house. I can monitor the state of the oven and stove top from the app and appreciate chimes when oven is left open or on. I also appreciate the reminders to clean the oven when dirty. The best part of course is the dual oven. I've always wanted one and now that I have it... I find I don't use it all that often but it's still very cool! The bottom left burner is labeled as a very fast and hot burner but in my experience that is only true when having turned on the large portion. If you just use the smaller portion it does not heat up in any sort of impressive manner.

    The oven is great. It syncs with my microwave to work in conjunction with one another. Turn the cooktop on and the microwave light and exhaust fan engage. It also notifies you if you leave the oven/ burner on, if it needs to be cleaned, etc... Smart technology at its best!

    Run!!! Do not purchase this piece of garbage. Originally purchased the old model in April 2024. Had it for less than 4 months and the Ultra Hear burner would get dangerously hot on a level 1 and burn anything that you put on it. LG would not come out to repair so finally Best Buy agreed to replace it but this time with the newer version. So I get the new one delivered August 30, 2024. Here we are again and the new one is less than 4 months old and the same burner is doing the same thing! My kitchen was up in smoke on a level 1 on that burner. Once again LG customer service is WORTHLESS. If LG and/or Best Buy do not replace or refund this, I will absolutely be taking further action against them for this dangerous range that clearly has an issue. It is all over forums that this is a known issue with this burner and LG refuses to acknowledge it. Run far away and DO NOT purchase this expensive piece of garbage unless you want to burn your house down!

      For this issue, we recommend resetting the unit by unplugging it or turning off the circuit breaker for at least 60 seconds, then powering it back on to see if this resolves the issue. If the burner continues to overheat, it may require professional service to inspect and resolve the problem.

    I love my new stove. The features are easy to use. Having a double oven is a dream come true- an oven for baking, a convection component and an air fryer is all you need. Clean up is quick.well constructed.

    I Absolutely love my stove but i hate how easy it is to turn on the knobs. Like I've leaned over the stove to push buttons and have accidentally turned on the stove top 2 or 3 times.

    Love love love the dual oven option without needing the full size. Can actually have people over for dinner and not feel the need to make sure everything bakes at the same temp, also so much easier for baking. The top oven does cook fast and the bottom slow, but its a nice trade off.

    So far, I love this oven. Very sleek look and functional. The eyes get very hot and I don’t have to wait too long before my water is boiling. Easy to clean off and the double oven makes for efficient cooking.
