Called Best Buy and they don’t offer returns after 15 days. Called LG and they will be replacing the entire panel under warranty. It’s a waste of time to deal with everything including LG, the company they contracted with to replace the panel ect, when it would have been much easier if bestbuy would have a better return policy.

Gave 2 stars: one for each ten minute block it worked. Ended up upgrading to a muuuuuch better Sony model

Returned it.
