For most people, this is currently the best large screen LED 4K Ultra HD TV to buy for an all around immersive home theater experience. Direct from the manufacturer, the picture settings are near perfect. The only tweak that I suggest is changing the setting on all HDMI inputs from energy saving mode to either standard or vivid. Also, all four HDMI inputs provide the option for enhanced 4K with full HDR. Once these settings are changed, the picture quality makes watching television great again. HD upscaling for viewing cable, Blu-Ray, over the air and streaming video (Apple TV 4K or Roku Streaming Stick Plus 4K) are a whole new experience. The sound from this television in most rooms is more than adequate. While you will be told that there are better televisions with full aray dimming, processors and displays, make no mistake, you will pay for it and not be any more satisfied than you will be with this one in your home. In summary, this is an amazing television for the price; it checks all the boxes and will certainly meet or beat most consumers expectations.

The legs for the tv were not good and were not safe for big enough for the size of the tv.

Got this tv as a replacment for a sony65x900c.The panel went bad after 9 months and I decided to get a bigger size.This tv is really a great tv with great picture quality and the best smart tv features really great color and brightness along with dark blacks and solid construction and a good sounding speakers All around fantastic tv

Bought this open box spec. @ $997 but was gifted a $500 gift card so I only paid $497. Easy to set up. Sleek and clean design. Picture quality is amazing with 4k movies/channels, PS4 Pro, and 4k DVD's. I have the whole Bose 300 surround sound bar, sub, and invisible speakers which makes watching anything feel like I am in the movie theater. Ample HMDI ports and ARC port is awesome for everything I have set up and not to mention Bose universal remote was an easy link. One thing that stands out is the TV quality settings that you can set up for each input setting so you don't have to always switch it when using a different port. Very happy with this purchase, especially since when I bought the "open box" unit, it was still in the original plastic... it had never been used which means the manufacturer warranty is still usable.

This tv is better than okay but I wouldn't say it's great. I'd much rather have had this be an IPS panel for the increased viewing angles since my model doesn't really seem much better than an IPS for blacks/contrast or black uniformity. That being said, for a thousand bucks and true 4k (not RGBW) you're going to be hard-pressed to find a better deal. The UI for LG is second to none, easily cast from your phone to the TV or use built in smart apps to stream. Streaming, Xbox One X or other 4K content looks amazing but be warned, many TV signals broadcast in 1080i (like mine). The picture does not look that crisp when dealing with sub-par input signals. Honestly, no regrets on this TV, it looks nice and is massive.

So I originally purchased the Samsung 65MU8000 because my father in law has the 2016 version and I loved his tv. So on the Saturday after Black Friday, my wife purchased me one for Christmas. Hours after mounting to the wall, the picture started blinking. The very next day I returned it because in alot of forums this was an issue no one seemed to find a resolution for. So I found this tv and looked on forums to see what I could find in regards to issues. I found none and I was giving the opportunity to get the Black Friday pricing of $899.99. I love the frames finish as I did not want just a black tv. I like the webOS and love the picture when watching 4k programming and playing my xbox one s. This is agreat buy!

This TV gave me everything I wanted in a hi-def set. It’s easy to operate and gives an excellent picture out-of-the-box. It also offers a number of custom settings if you want to get down and dirty with the tech specs. The only weakness is the sound system with its rear-facing speakers...but the sound is still pretty good when adjusted with the Clear Voice III setting...but I’m going to strongly recommend you buy this set with the very reasonably priced LG SH3K sound bar (also sold at BBY). BTW: I used the Geek Squad to install the TV and I was very happy with their performance in installing the bracket, setup and package removal.

Picked this up on black Friday weekend for just under $1,000 bucks and it was def a good buy. Picture is clear with no issues watching sports. If you're looking for a well rounded tv that won't break the bank, this is the one for you.

At first didn’t like the image then i played with settings for an hour and didn’t get to much improvement, but then i found the save energy setting and when i disabled it the image changed pretty much.... I know that oled is a better tv, but for the price i am very happy with this LG tv.

Clear picture and perfect for a large bedroom. Well worth the price.

Overall is very good but 2 negatives. 1- limited amount apps on tv. 2- although none ahead of time side kickstands make for a longer stand.

Great picture and sound. We just updated TV after a few years and gave it to my parents and they are in love with it.

Got this bad boy home a few weeks ago. Setit up and it blew me away the picture quality. Make sure you adjust ths picture settings to your specifications.

Setup was fairly easy. This particular TV is not a HDR TV but the picture quality is ok. It comes with a standard remote and not the magic remote. I am a Samsung consumer and this is the first LG TV I have purchased. It's a decent TV size for the price.

I love this product! My objective this holiday season was to purchase the largest television available for under a thousand. Almost every manufacturer sells at least "one" set meeting that criteria. All things being equal, what sold me with this set was the active HDR, 120 tru-motion refresh rate, and the reputation the company has for its higher-ended televisions.

this is by far the best TV i have purchased. Image quality is amazing and the TV sound is great. I would definitely recommend this
