BEWARE BEST BUY CUSTOMER!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this tv 3 days ago. We had problems with one of the outputs so decided to return tv. Took it back today and the associate checked contents of box. It turned out there were 4 screws missing for the legs. She said she had to deduct $40 from the refund bc screws were missing. She also said if we brought in the screws we would get our $40 back. So we returned home and found screws and returned to store. MANAGER refused to refund our money. The Associate who originally returned tv even marked our receipt for refund if we returned screws. I don't get how Best Buy stays in business demoralizing their customers like this. They just lost us for sure and our very large family and anyone else we can spread the word to.
