To put it in a simple way, picture quality should be the only point on what TV should be rated, because that is its job and use. Picture is dull and faded even after trying different modes. I talked to sales agent at store about it. He told me to watch 4k videos available on Netflix, as cable company does not have that features yet. I did that but still the quality is very dull and depressed. My another TV from different brand which is 6 yrs old and still picture quality is better than this LG. I read bad reviews about this LG tv on best buy website and most of them complained about the same issue. Thanks to best buy, I exchange it with Sony and it is much better

I was excited about this purchase and being a VIP member, I was able to get the difference back when the television went on sale. A plus for my pockets

After purchasing LG products I don’t think I’ll buy any other brand. This tv is perfect. The screen is so clear and it was so easy to set up. LOVE IT

I am very pleased with this product. We got it on Black Friday for a great price. We got it home and there was a bubble in the screen, we reached out to Best Buy and they set up an exchange right away.

Order it through Best Buy.com showed up at my house a few days later perfect conditions put it up in the wall looks great after I added some LED behind it

I love this TV! It has all the apps you could want and more. You have the ability to download more and the quality is incredible!

Very sleek looking. Screen brightness isn't the best, but that's what you're paying for. After owning it for some time, one of the HDMI ports keeps overcharging (stops working) and I have to decharge it. I had to call LG support to figure out how to do it (unplug the tv and all HDMI ports, then hold power button for 20 secs). Hopefully the HDMI port doesn't die out on me completely. I didn't think that the screen brightness was going to be an issue, but will probably upgrade to something that has a brighter image.

First off i want to mention how this tv fell in the truck during transport and didnt break. Great resolution and built very well

Great pic. Overall quality is ehh. The LAN cuts in and out now. Need to use a Roku for streaming services.

Not very impressed , price was good but that’s it . You get what you pay for . Traded for a 75 inch Samsung little more but worth it .

$700 on this TV is the best Black Friday 70 inch TV deal. The TV is great. Love the smart features. Doesn't support Alexia or Google Home.

At first a little confusing when doing the set-up. I would like them to integrate the optical cable. Since I am having problems to make the audio installation through the optical cable.

My Cox account doesn’t yet provide 4K programming but I’ve found things to watch on steaming services and yes, it’s awesome on this TV.

Don’t buy this tv unless you want it serviced multiple times. The internet chips or whatever they are are terrible and get hung up randomly inside of the TV body. Happened after warranty expired. We did an at home YouTube fix but about a year later the same thing happened no internet. But when it does work it’s great overall.

Was able to mount it easily on my existing mount. I only needed to buy an HDMI cord and I was able to hook up my older DVD player too it to.

I bought two one for me and one for my daughter we both love them and for the price couldn’t beat it . And was ready for pick up in no time
