It has its down points: 1- doesn't recognize AST time zone, it forces me to select EST. 2- doesn't sync with a Bluetooth keyboard or mouse and typing with the control is almost impossible. Web feature is there but who will use it without keyboard and mouse. 3- limited web apps/channels available to be added/customized.

Called LG Support and I had to reset the TV to factory settings to regain connectivity. After over a half a dozen doing this, LG finally set me up with a certified repair service, which told me that the issue was the motherboard. If this happened just during the first month of usage, I’m hoping is not an indication of the quality going forward.
