    I got this Tv at a sale price of $699.99 which is great deal for a Tv this size . I unfortunately ended up having to return it due it the blacks were awful. to much clouding.

    great tv but wifi card died 18 months after buying TV. Requested courtesy repair from LG.....not sure if I have to pay for this repair.

    Had my TV for a year now & it’s already giving me problems it doesn’t connect to the WiFi & I can’t see my Netflix or other apps I have on tv

    have had some issues with this tv idk if it's the internet or the tv but i wouldn't recomend

    The TV is nice with good quality but has Wi-Fi issues. It holds a connection for maybe an hour and a half. At first I thought it was the Wi-Fi but when I put in the firestick, I don’t have any issues. Should have bought the Samsung

    Issues with HDMI port; picture not crisp

    I read reviews that mentioned problems with the HDMI ports on this TV, but also read these issues had been resolved, apparently not. The HDMI ports seem to go "in and out". I sometimes have to unplug and plug HDMI cable back in for the TV to "recognize" the equipment. The picture is not as crisp and clear as thought it would be. The price is good for this size TV, but with it not working properly, free is too much. I did get the extended warranty so The Geek Squad will be busy.

    It shows beautiful but it’s time when it won’t connect to the internet but all my other tvs do

    Screen Refresh rate not good

    I observed screen refresh is not good when frames changes too quick. Ex- ball flying in air.. Sometimes HDMI2 stopped working until restarted the TV.

    This TV is garbage. The typical life cycle you'll experience is as follows: 1) Honeymoon phase - TV will work for a while and you'll pat yourself on the back for such a good deal of a TV, with a decent app library. This could last anywhere from 1-2 weeks to 1-2 years. If you want to verify, google "LG TV No signal issues" and any problem you can think of. 2) Problems start surfacing: "No signal" issues, apps not loading, memory issues, TV doesn't receive signals from certain external devices like home theaters, etc. This is where the frustration begins. 3) You keep trying to figure it out by reading forums, troubleshooting, etc and ultimately realize you have a nice looking lemon TV. Eventually, reality sets in and you have to make a hard decision to get rid of it, despite the fact it's looking so new and shiny. Buyer beware!

    Wish the display was brighter and the app selection was better. Also beware you cannot use bluetooth headphones.

    A nice TV, but dead hdmi port

    We got this TV over Black Friday and was impressed by the features and the quality. However, 3 weeks in and now one of the hdmi ports are now are dead. Seeing how this appears to be a common issue in others reviews. I’m now unsure on how I would rate quality or if the other hdmi ports will eventually go dead as well.

    PRO's: The build and design of this tv is top notch. I really like the metal frame and look of the the tv. The sound is pretty fantastic too even though I don't use as I have home theater system. Because its an IPS display the viewing angles are pretty good. For the $ it's a pretty good value CONs: The WEBOS interface gets sluggish at times when loading up settings. To the point you have to wait for the menus to load and even sub menus. not sure why this is its seems to be fairly robust hardware so hopefully a software fix will resolve it. The brightness out of the box is pretty ruff, what I have found is to use cinema mode, set contrast to 85, color to 65 and brightness as high as 70 and sharpness no more than 23. Also the local dimming on this tv is annoying and I would just shut it off. The trick is to get deep blacks while not being bright or overly contrast and after hours of tweaking finally got a good picture. Also initially I found that my Dish TV 1080p up conversion was lacking, i ended up getting 4k HDMI cables and this seemed to really help from both my tv to receiver and dish dvr to the tv. When up converted the picture is good but if you get up close its very pix-elated but looks fine from 8-10 feet away. You do not see this pix-elation in native 4K, but as mentioned from far away the picture looks good. I am still on the fence with this tv and have another week to figure out if I will keep it. I really like the Sony x900 and Visio PQ65-F1 but an not justify paying $1500 for a 65" tv..did that years ago paid 3K for a DLP and it lasted less than 2 years, never again. So for the money its a great price for a 70" tv paid $750, but you maybe frustrated with the out of the box picture and the menu can be a bit sluggish, however if you use the remote and open up Netflix/Amazon prime, it opens up quickly and is very fast so.

    Worked Great Until...

    Worked fine for about 2 years and then the Wi-Fi started to go out frequently. Restarting my router fixed the issue, until the Wi-Fi stopped working entirely in the middle of streaming a show. Seems to be an issue among many owners. Won't be purchasing an LG TV again
