    THOUGHT I had gotten a great deal...for a few mont

    For what I paid I thought I had gotten a great deal on this TV, then after a few months I started having issues with the HDMI input not picking up the cable box. Not a huge deal just had to turn it off and back on and it would come on. Then about a month ago while watching the news out of nowhere...poof the power supply went and my great bargain was now a paperweight. Now comes the real aggravating issue, dealing with LG warranty services... Long story short it's been just under a month since the TV stopped working and I'm still waiting on parts two weeks after the initial service visit(which took a week to make happen). So I haven't had a working living room TV in about a month now. Won't be buying anymore LG televisions after this experience...

    I purchased the LG 70" UK6190 recently for $799.00 plus tax. I am not exactly the type that demands absolute perfection in picture quality, and this is my first LG TV. I do own two other 4K TVs from LG's competitors, but none of those have HDR. I can tell you the generic 4K picture quality on this LG far exceeds the other two models I have. The colors are vibrant, it has good blacks, the sharpness of the 4K is appreciably better, and the TV handles HDR content quite impressively. The TV is situated in a room with ambient light best described as medium to fairly dim light. I have Roku streaming sticks installed on my other sets, and the WebOS system on this LG model seems to work flawlessly thus far. I am hardwired via ethernet. It seems equally comparable to the Roku service I experienced, which is to say it works very well for me. I have a Klipsch 7.2 theater audio surround system mated to the TV. But in the short time I used the internal speakers of the set, they seem to perform better than those on any of my previous flat panel TVs. As for appearance, it is very attractive. It seems to be well constructed, and the bezel around the screen gives the appearance of stainless or aluminum. I almost purchased a Sony at the recommendation of the sales staff at my local Best Buy store. In retrospect, I am so glad that I did not spend that additional $200 for the 65" Sony. The picture clarity and quality of this 4K HDR LG not only does all that I desire in a home theater set, but it actually exceeds them. I am sure for $200-$1,500 more, some improvement may be possible. But realistically, this TV is all anyone really needs to have a truly enjoyable and immersive experience while watching movies with the family. Excellent work LG. Thank you.

    Wifi broke within 10- 12 months

    Use it for 1 year and the Wifi board keep on disconnecting, so I end up using LAN connection but it still have the same issues. Youtube app doesn't load is buggy.

    I purchased this TV in November 2018. So far four replacements of the motherboard and still experiencing the same issue; No Signal when connecting to HDMIs. LG support refuses to replace the TV as a lemon and continues to schedule a tech to come fix it. The definition of insanity, doing the same thing again and again and expecting different results. I will never purchase another LG product.

    I can’t connect to the internet, I had It wireless but it would disconnect By itself and the tv WiFi card would not pick up mi signal, we had to connected through the Ethernet cable.. same thing it would Disconnect by on and off the numbers and letters from the remote are fading, the battery cover is loose ( it falls off) I had to put tape!! Terrible product I would not buy LG ever again! Very upset and disappointed , Save you money and buy Something else!

    Overpriced for Nothing Exciting in 2018

    Couldn't believe an $800 TV in 2018 was not compatible with Google Assistant or Alexa. Firmware couldn't even automatically update to 4.0webOS. I had to do it manually. After days of struggling to connect Alexa to it I gave up, still does not work with 4.0. Alexa and Google Assistant can only turn off the tv but can't turn on. I'll likely return it if I get upset enough.

    No HDMI Signal After 2 Days of Use

    TV lost signal after 2 days of use. Had to switch ports and boom those ports stopped working too. Only way to revive the ports is to factory reset the TV. I'm using a Nvidia Shield tv and haven't had a issue with previous tvs I've owned. LG wants to send out a tech for a less than 2 week old TV. I will be returning this back and never buying LG again. Ridiculous Poor Product.

    This tv did not recognize hdmi ports. Every time I turned it on only thing on screen was no signal. Then I had to switch ports till I got it to work. Returned it.

    This is my second Lg tv. I bought this one hoping it was as good as my old 43’ 4k Lg tv but what a disappointment. Problems began right after warranty expired. First the wifi stopped working. It says that it’s off even when is on, go figure. So I used the wired connection but it only worked for a few months. Now I have a Smart tv that stopped being smart. Smh

    My HDMI 1 went out within a week of owning of Black Friday. Poof! Out of no where it just stopped working. Before this point I was super satisfied with the TV. After turning off the LED dimming, which is sooo horrible. That is everyone's biggest complaint about this TV.

    What a lousy buy or a lemon I bought

    I purchased this tv at Best Buy San Carlos CA, I will NEVER buy another LG product! An hour after it turned on the screen went black , it wouldn’t turn back on again . Come to find out this model was made for Jamaica , the main board /power supply burnt out after an hour of working . This’s is a garbage can product . Cmon LG make some good TV’s for once . I will never purchase another LG product

    WIFI Connectivity Issues/Not Worth the price

    This TV has WIFI Connectivity Issue which is the whole point of buying a Smart TV. I just came to find out that a lot of other people are having the same issue with this TV. They are all on YouTube Trying to find a solution but no luck. LG should recall this product from the market.
