Large screen poor quality picture

Bad model

After doing research, this model has a lot of problems and I’m not the only person going through this. LG makes great products but do not purchase UHDs from LG. go OLED or go to another brand.

Absolutely Horrible

I made the silly mistake of believing a company would deliver it to me in working order, considering the Geed Squad delivered you'd really believe that to be true but not this case here. I am 6 days outside of the warranty period and absolutely no one will help me.

Internet connectivity issues, and software issues go unfixed. Just search "LG TV won't connect to WiFi" or "lan connection disconnected"

I unplugged my smaller Samsung by removing a single HDMI cable and plugged in to the LG...looked like worse than standard..took it back got a samsung..very happy now

WiFi keeps going out

I started to have trouble with the wifi card about 6 months later. Had geek squad insurance so had it repaired 3 times with no success. Called 4th time to schedule a another repair and no one showed up for scheduled repair

Very cheap product

Screen Frigid

According to repairs, it is $1000 for parts not including $299 labor. So we are better buying a new one instead of fixing it. So why get any protection plan?

TV disappointing

stunning clarity after adjusting settings

I didn’t think I would notice a drastic change in quality after iJustine a few different things, but you really can get your TV to look amazing. I saw somebody else’s comment on there recommendation and it worked amazingly. If you’re in the market for a 70 inch smart TV then you NEES to choose this one. I wasn’t a very big fan of watching any type of television but the colors on this TV are so crisp and clear and I love that I can control it all with my phone so tomorrow is going to be day three of watching a movie with some friends just because it’s very enjoyable with the clarity of the TV. Very happy.

***Great TV. Some Tips and Tricks***

With some tips and tricks, you can get the tv to be even better. 1. IMPORTANT- Press the settings button (Top of remote near off) and go to Advanced Settings. In the settings, find the Channel Plus option and turn it ON. This installs an app on your tv that gives you 150+ FREE Channels such as CBS, NBC News, MSNBC, and much much more! You read that right! 150 FREE CHANNELS :) 2. Again under settings, go to the Picture Quality icon and select the picture type "Sports". This brings out the tv's vibrant colors. 3. Explore the LG Content Store app. Here you can find apps such as Spotify and more as well as movies to rent. Overall, this is an amazing tv. I just wanted to point out a flaw however. 1. The Remote is crammed with buttons and this makes navigation a bit harder. Also, there is no voice searching. All in all, I deeply encourage you to buy this tv. You won't regret it.
