We already have a smaller version of this one for 2 years and have no issues, hoping the same for this bigger one. Remote design is from 90´s so I wouldn’t recommend the « smart » feature, hard to navigate and use. Bought Apple TV instead, way better than built-in software. Also remember, most if not all smart TV will try to collect and sell your data once they are connected to the internet (basically they know what are you watching and these patterns seem to be valuable to marketing companies). Apple don’t do that, not yet.

My boy talks with technology because he is nonverbal. This was his xmas present. When it arrived he couldn’t believe I bought it. The picture quality is incredible, the sound is crisp and very high. Alexa really works and has hundreds of free channels and apps. Great buy at best buy! My boy loves transferring his tablet over and changes the programs on his own. Thank you!

We are enjoying the size; we had a 55" prior to this one. The picture is really good on it. We did some research and liked the LG tvs. We have many LG appliances; some are pretty advanced for us but nice. We are enjoying the tv and the fact that we were able to get it now, pay within 6 months with free interest. Cannot beat that option.

The tv wasn’t displayed in the store at the time of purchase so I wasn’t sure I would like the picture quality. Loved everything except the tv legs, I didn’t realize the legs only attached at either end as opposed to my other LG which had a central base. That’s the reason for the 4 star rating

I love that it stream entertainment straight to your TV via an internet connection. It provides access to all of the popular streaming services. It also, boasts a full UHD 4K resolution of 3.840 X 1.080 pixels.

Long term quality is still unknown as it is only 8 months old, but don't see any issues yet. Sound quality is pretty good, but if you are getting this big of a TV, I highly recommend getting a soundbar to go with it.
