    Absolute worst TV I've ever purchased. This thing is junk picture is good but nothing else. Apps and guide load sooo slow even with ethernet connected. The LG channels don't even load half the time. Navigation is just a pain. My Samsung was so much better!

    The operating system on this TV is unnecessary cumbersome. The picture quality has never been good in any setting, and after 1 month of use there are already pixels going purple!!! Hisense is the way to go.

    The manual is completely useless. It does not provide any information for the necessary screw sizes for mounting. What makes it even more frustrating is this information isn’t even online. You have to call customer service to get this info. Next, the remote. Awful design and it does not even include a voice button. You have to make an additional purchase for a nicer remote after already spending $500+. Absolutely infuriating. I returned a Hisense tv for this one and I regret it. The Hisense had a seamless setup, flawless menu, and amazing remote. DO NOT BUY THIS TV. The positive ratings are mind boggling.

    Awesome viewing experience but has been having this issue where it doesn't power on when its supposed to. I've only had this TV since March so of course it's an issue I shouldn't be having.

    The size is perfect, but we weren't satisfied with the picture shown on TV, and it doesn't seem too crisped or clear.

    The TV is difficult to navigate through channels I constantly have to reset the internet in order to watch just antenna channels, my experience purchasing this product has been horrible, I have been getting flooded with telemarketers no less than 20 times a day and I did not request to be contacted or have my information sold to a third party, I simply wanted a TV.

    I bought this TV about a month ago and the TV has such a long delays everytime you turn the TV on or if I’m trying to open an app it has such a long delays. I updated the software but nothing really changed.

    It’s strange how a 12 year old JVC 65 at 1080 looks better. Missed with the setting for several days and didn’t make much of change. Other then that is is a solid tv and is not bad if you do really care to much about picture.

    Good TV but limited HDMI ports. Sound is horrible, get a sound bar and subwoofer if you buy this TV.
