Maybe should have done a little more research before purchasing. The picture is okay and the sound if fair. The response time going from one thing to the next is very slow with what we are use to with the Panasonic we had. Going from channel to channel or even going from apps or HDMIs. Speaking of HDMI ports…. THERE ARE ONLY 2!!!!! Major problem there if you have multiple items like most house holds do. The remote is terrible, you will find yourself constantly hitting the wrong button. If you are a first time TV owner and don’t have the extra cash to spend… then this TV might be for you. As far as my family… is a disappointment.

The tv has an amazing picture. We don't have cable, so we only use the built in apps. The only issue I would say is that, when you turn on the tv it doesn't launch straight into the app home page. Other than that, it's amazing!

Not happy with the operating system, which does not provide access to many apps that I have used in the past to stream particular shows or content. TV is slow to respond to the remote, and the remote is not user-friendly. Would not purchase an LG TV again.

This was a replacement TV for my husband who loves watching sports. The picture is so clear and precise that he can see every play. He loves this TV. The delivery people were efficient, kind, and worked quickly.

If you’re looking for a good picture with good sound look no farther. No need in spend thousands of dollars when for a fraction of that you get a quality pitcher ,quality sound that's easy to set up. It’s an excellent buy. Also the customer service at Best Buy is second to none.

Everything works well and I would have given it 5, but we bought a 70” philips with almost identical specs and price for work- the Philips picture is so much better than this LG. Sound is good but not as strong as hoped. Again, haven’t had any issues- like our purchase but compared to the Philips- it’s a solid 4

Great choice for the price. Amazingly clear picture and sound. Perfect size for our living room and looks great suspended on the wall.

Great picture and sound quality, handles glare wonderfully. The turn off and turn on scheduling seems to not be working though.

The picture is absolutely beautiful and it is very user friendly. This was a gift for my parents and they absolutely love it.

Can’t give it 5 stars. Only 2 hdmi ports. The picture is great and we’re happy. Just wish the amount of hdmi ports were higher

Simple to use. Easy to install. Plenty of apps preloaded on it. Easy to access store to get new apps. Lightweight for its size.

Great TV. Waited too long to buy it so ended up paying a little bit more than I should have. But, still a very good value. Best Buy Columbia did a good job with the purchase.
