DO NOT BUY THIS TV.

It does not provide any information for the necessary screw sizes for mounting. What makes it even more frustrating is this information isn’t even online. You have to call customer service to get this info. Next, the remote. Awful design and it does not even include a voice button. You have to make an additional purchase for a nicer remote after already spending $500+. Absolutely infuriating. I returned a Hisense tv for this one and I regret it. The Hisense had a seamless setup, flawless menu, and amazing remote. DO NOT BUY THIS TV. The positive ratings are mind boggling.

I've only had this TV since March so of course it's an issue I shouldn't be having.

Missed with the setting for several days and didn’t make much of change. Other then that is is a solid tv and is not bad if you do really care to much about picture.

It’s been a nightmare purchase

Disappointed!

The beautiful picture turned to a black screen with shadows moving around. I’ll assume it’s just a bad TV and this situation is hopefully rare.
