Not worth the money too loud and not cooling enoug

We ended up putting a window unit in as the side vents worked fine in our wall and was a lot less expensive so much so that I was able to buy another unit for another room.

It DOES have a remote, and certainly outputs more than 4 cubic feet per second. I'm concerned about getting it into the slot in my wall. Is there a way for Best Buy to help; me lift it up into the slot? I see no installation assistance.
