These LG rear speakers are a nice add on to any LG sound bar. They are very subtle in sound. Do not expect the main sound to come from these speakers. These speakers accent the surrounding sound like bullets flying and glass shattering, as well as background voices. These are really easy to set up, and installation are a breeze.

This works fantastic with my LG S9YA Soundbar. Couldn't be happier. Have them on each side of the couch. Really compliments the soundbar and sub. The great thing about LG is just plug and go. They link great. no issues. Got the 4 year protection for 34 dollars just to be safe.

Love the surround sound feature. It was disabled to start with and I had no clue how to enable it but it works great now and sound amazing

The only thing wireless is the signal it send to your soundbar to connect and work with it. The speakers are wired just to clear things up for people wondering. Overall though these are great speakers just need to upgrade the wiring to thicker wire when you install.

The description for these speakers did not list the SL6Y as a supported soundbar. The LG website says it was supported so I made the purchase. Took a bit of trying to pair these speakers with the soundbar and ended up needing to use the manual pairing option. I have not experienced true 5.1 since the rear speakers carry the same sound as the soundbar. I have just been watching TV and have not tested it with a Blu-ray or other 5.1 encoded source. Glad I got this on sale so it makes it a much better deal.

Pretty good set of speakers. I’ve paired it with the SN9YG and the SN6Y lg soundbars. If you don’t want to deal with running wires from a receiver this is the way to go. The speakers are wired to a box but it’s a lot easier to hide that than wires running across a room.

These were so easy to hook up. Just plug in and listen. Sounds great

Works very good with my 4k LG 65" & any "Surround Programs DVD/TV broadcast". It is only wireless to the TV (no wires to the TV); but there are wires that have to go from the speakers to the Control Unit, that plugs in, which can just sits on my floor. The speakers (Left & Right) work just fine placed on a table/stand just behind where you are sitting.

Speakers provide great sound in the room! My husband was insistent on getting these and we are enjoying the sound. I would give the 5th star if they were easier to camouflage in the room.

So they're not really wireless. They don't have to be wired to the sound bar, they do need to be wired to each other. I had to give up my idea of speakers floating on the wall and I put them on stands to hide the speaker wire. I'm not an audiophile, so I was surprised at how much they improved the experience. I have a slight hearing issue that sometimes makes it hard to understand the tv. Louder is not better, but having that little bit of sound coming from behind really makes a difference.

So we got these to connect to the SL4Y but some times they connect and some times they don't. When they do the sound is great though, just wish it wasn't a guessing game each time.

Purchased these as an add on to our LG sound bar they were easy to connect and is a bonus not to have to run multiple wires for a true surround sound experience.

I bought these for my LG Sl4Y Sound bar and had constant interference issues. It made me so frustrated that I bought a new sound bar. I bought LG Sn6Y and that had true DTX. So I was excited. But with the SL4Y they were loud, perfect other than the interference. With the SN6Y, they are QUIET beyond belief. I don’t know that they are on 95 % of the time. I’m just at a loss. I want them to work. But they are only audible when the speakers are at Concert level volume. They are nice, but uggh, they are frustrating.

Recently received these and are currently paired with the Sk9Y bar. My living room is fairly large and open concept so felt the bar alone wasn't enough. These paired immediately with the bar. I have the surround setting set to 6 on the bar which still seems fairly quiet. However, when using the dolby demos while configuring and setting up system, the surround sound is truly impeccable. Overall, I feel these added to a more immersed viewing/hearing experience but wish the sound coming from the speakers were more dispersed so those sitting near the sides could get more of a benefit.

Great sound easy to connect to a LG tv with optical cable.

I have a Lg Sk9y sound bar that I paired these to sounds great! You need to use the hdmi arc/optical connection to get the full sound effects . My only complaint is that the bass is not as loud or deep as it should be .

Lg have great sound quality and very loud volume but only problem that rear wireless speakers connection keep cutting off I try other 1 same problem
