My wife suggested getting them now and if they didn't add a lot to the sound just bring them back. Boy did I marry a smart wife. The rear speakers really add a lot to the depth of the sound and it was black Friday so they were $80 dollars off. I tried the sound with and without and there was a big difference in the sound so I still have them.

What I realized after some time is that it is the programming I think. If i listen to music using YouTube app on television the sound is fantastic! Movie through 4k player... fantastic. TV viewing .. sometimes it cuts in and out and I can only assume it is the signal. Overall... I would not hesitate to buy again though!

Once I disconnected them I was amazed how much they do impact the sound. Surround system isn't the same without them. For gaming they are wonderful!!! A bit pricey but yes they are worth it. Not totally wireless as the rear speakers themselves are wired.
