Unfortunately these are just a stereo reproduction of the front channel. The sound itself is very tinny, akin to what you get out of an average TV without a soundbar. These rear speakers have been returned but I had them paired with the LG SP8YA soundbar, which I still have and is excellent on its own.

However, mine had issues with the subwoofer cutting in and out, and eventually, the surround started doing the same thing. I even tried moving the subwoofer and the satellite surround receiver around, but both kept doing the same thing. So it wasn't electrical interference or any other issue. Just a bad unit I guess.
