Need faulty LG rear channel replaced

These SPK8-S LG Rear channel speakers don't work after 2 lengthy chats with LG tech support. They are connected to the LG Soundbar which is connected to the LG TV using HDMI-ARC, but it doesn't communicate in any setting. I want a new replacement, not sending them in for refurbishing as LG wanted. I can't find a record of the purchase in my account on your web site to initiate a return, so frustrated with both LG and Best Buy. Your confirmation lists the order # BBY01-806378582977. These were an early Christmas present to the wife and I didn't try to install them till 12/22. Please respond.

Of course day 20 of owning these speakers the go

Not compatible with LG Dolby Atmos sound bar

The speakers were return with no hassle and an apology was provided. Returning customer service was excellent.

Not worth it (IMO)

They’re cool but...

Okay when they work...

Constantly Disconnects

These are NOT wireless!

I am disappointed that LG and Best Buy have misleading information and that their speakers are not, in fact, wireless. I see that other reviewers have mentioned the same thing, so I will be sure to read all of the reviews for a product in the future. I hope this review helps someone else who is looking for true wireless speakers - don't buy these!

False claim of "wireless rear channel speakers"

The receiver is wireless, but then the speakers are connected via, you guessed it, speaker WIRE to the wireless receiver. They have (separately) claimed that the "wireless refers to the wireless receiver" - if that's the case, then quit falsely advertising these as "wireless speakers" and call them "wireless receiver with wired speakers". At least try to be honest. Very disappointed in LG for this. I cannot rate the quality of the speakers because I cannot get them to work in my environment. But value = 0 if you actually need wireless speakers.

Speaking cutting in and out really badly

Disappointed!!!

Wish the speaker wires were longer. Due to the set of my room, I have to buy extra wires. But first I need this to work. I’ve had Geek Squad out once. Speakers worked that night. Turned on next day and they didn’t work again. Geek Squad coming back out this weekend. Have a 1 star rating because I couldn’t give it no stars
