    Returned this item. The subwoofer which was close kept dropping so we didn’t even bother with these that we wanted to set further. Returned and got Bose. Very happy with Bose.

    Frquently loses connection

    This connects to the Soundbar and the Subwoofer wirelessly and that's the only good thing with it. It loses connection frequently and needs to be re-paired to the soundbar.

    Got the open box item with Samsung parts. Went back to the store to get the missing parts and they told me I had to purchase it. This is crazy because it is listed that it had the part that I need. I understand that its open box but it said that part was with the product and wasn't missing. Wouldn't have purchased if stated that it wasn't included.

    A fair rating, not wireless, you will need to connect speaker wires to the rear base unit, no adjustments, no equalizer, just a basic surround sound system, not very good!

    Tried them for 2 weeks. Not what i'd call rear surround speakers, more of a very quiet rear "fill."

    Its not pair with SN7Y but lg web say paring models but not actually. Waste my time cause of wrong information by LG Expand Your Sound Pair the LG Rear Speaker Kit to an SN10YG, SN9YG, SN8YG, SN7Y, SN7CY, SN6Y, SN5Y, SLM6Y, GX, SL10YG, SL9YG, SL8YG, SL7Y, SL6Y, SL5Y, SL4Y, SKM5Y, SK10Y, SK9Y, SK8Y, SK6Y, SK5Y sound bar for true home theater surround sound. I will return it immediatly.

    Bought this open box from Bestbuy. It was labeled as "Excellent Condition (Product looks brand new and includes all original parts and accessories)." Has Bestbuy inspected stickers all around. when I took it home, I saw the speakers looked like it has been used for 10 years with scratches, dents, sticker residue and finger prints all over. Extremely disappointed with Bestbuy quality control and inspection.

    Bought these expecting to help recent sound bar purchase (LG too) I do not understand how this system gets such great reviews. First sound bar has such limited sound controls it ridiculous. 2nd seriously this is the worst product along with lg sly4 sound bar is the absolute worst LG product I have ever bought. Big LG fan here or was a big LG fan. What a waste of over $200.00 bucks

    Don’t waste your money, buy something better

    Soundboard made in 2020, are the worst. This had the sound of cheaper bars. The subwoofer is way to loud, the bass is too loud for bar, not much control over the sound, you have to turn the bass almost all the way down, to hear sound bar. When you do this it takes the bass out of the sound bar. Very poor sound. Took back and bought a Bose 300 bar, no woofer, sound a hundred times better, LG didn’t even have a surround sound to it

    Speakers are not wireless

    Associate told me this set up was wireless. Speakers are not wireless and the receiver has to be within 3-5 feet of the sound bar. So if you want surround sound, you are either snaking wires into your wall or having exposed wires all over the place.

    This product keeps disconnecting from the subwoofer. Do your research upon reading this comment and before buying. I cant even return it with all this quarantine mess. I suppose I can but the hassle would just be worse than being able to walk in. I'm unhappy to be honest. I cant watch a show without the bass disconnecting every two minutes . If it wasnt for this issue , which believe I've done alot of troubleshooting I would have been happy.

    Garbage connection. Sounds quality is ok definitely not our of this world but the connection issue are never ending. If you even have a cell phone in your house with the Bluetooth off it will interrupt the connection. You'd think they would figure out how to avoid Bluetooth interruption at this point in time considering everything with electricity uses it now.

    Not really Surround Sound.

    The surround sound isn't produced correctly. The rear speakers just reproduce the sound from the front speakers.

    Don't waste your money. They do not produce enough sound. I have a LG Sn10y sound bar that these connect to. The sound quality is terrible out of the satellite bluetooth system. Go with a wired system and save yourself the aggregation of setting these up then returning them. I will be returning mine and the sound bar. I will purchase a new head unit instead and cheaper.
