Whisper Quiet

There is hardly any sound coming from these speakers and when there is sound it's crackly AM radio quality. LG's quality has gone downhill in the Audio department. Save your money and do not buy anything sound-related built by LG.

Issues with Wires

Thought that it may have been an issue with the wireless cutting in and but, it’s actually an issue with the wires not staying fully connected to the speakers or the hub. I have to keep adjusting the wires at the connection point or the sound is lost. Will be returning.

Frustrated again

not really wire less

I GOT A USED PRODUCT

They sent me a USED product, the manual has all kinds of fold marks, the wires were literally hanging out of the packaging and the plastic had holes surrounding the speakers.... Keep cutting out

Several times a minute for a second. Annoying as hell.

2 Brand New Sets - Never Worked

The rears would sync to the soundbar, but NO SOUND. Just white noise. LG Support was miserable. Both the chat line and call. 2 weekend ruined trying to get them to work. Still trying some YouTube support channels and google. but if it's is this difficult, just avoid them.

Marginal volume. No controls

Underpowered! I’m going to try 2 of my Bose cubes. I think the Lg are 6 ohm and the Bose are 8 ohm. If that’s an issue I will do some googling for amplifiers that will connect to sound bar and junk the Lg rear kit.

Great idea if it worked.

Spent hours trying to get sound in rear speakers plus over an hour in chat with LG. Never got any sound out of them. Hope your luck is better than mine. Very disappointed.
