Best Buy order and delivery was fine. Except my request for a BB credit card for an additional discount was refused. I have been running the TV close to continuously and exploring its features since delivery. The image is great. The cursor on the remote is a little difficult for me to control.

I have never had an LG TV so I didn't know what to expect. This was from Best Buy they did a great job when I went to pick it up Fast efficient and professional. This LG QNED AI 75" TV Is amazing very easy to set up the Alexa app is very helpful, This TV is so much brighter the sound is perfect I had an 85" and downsized to this LG 75" I cannot believe the difference The LG is far more superior than my old 85" TV would definitely recommend. Love it!!

Replaced my trusty old 55" Panasonic 1080p plasma tv in the front room with this. Don't care about cutting edge tech, which saves a lot of money and tbh, I can't imagine having better picture than this tv offers. It's perfect for our front room and just the right size for the designated space. Colors are vivid, blacks are black, no artifacts, it's great for sports, movies, whatever. You can spend more for faster refresh rate and 8k but I don't like the hyper-realism of the more expensive tv's...it actually takes away from the experience for me. I prefer exactly what this tv gives - flawless 4k video but not so saturated and overly crisp that it no longer feels like watching a movie...if that makes sense. I may be in the minority here but my wife feels the same way. The only regret I have is I probably could have just fit a 85" but this thing is already mounted and the package has been tossed, so I'm not taking it down now.

Excellent picture! Love the big screen! It was difficult to program it so I only had to use one remote. Had to get Geek Squad out to do the programming (in about 10 minutes)!

This TV is bright and the colors are great. Setup was easy and it connected to all my apps and network without any issues.

Great picture. Easy setup and looks great in my family room. Bonus points for the LG Thin Q app. It was a great price for this size TV.

This is a great TV. Who doesn’t love a big screen with a great picture? It’s working great and is easy to operate.

Worth the price. The color and size is just right and very convenient to navigate.

TV picture is great, able to watch from angles without distortion. Audio isn't great, we will be looking to add a sound bar soon.

I bought a 75 inch LG AI television after hanging it on the wall it looks much bigger than at the store but it worked out great and the picture is perfect we are happy with it

This is a great tv for overall picture quality. I’m not a fan of the LG operating system so I have this connected to an Apple TV 4K. Picture is amazing! This is also hooked up to a Sonos ARC and once again, all connections work perfectly with minimal adjustments to standard settings.
