    Tv wasn’t working and it was sold to me by wasting my time to open and re packaging to the store. There was a defect on the tv

    Never again will I buy an open box. Horrible experience. Customer service is crap. I will likely decrease my shopping at bestbuy after this experience. Was told I saved $100's so there was nothing they could do even though I still spent 100's TV its self is fine. Just extremely difficult to use without a remote and its difficult to find the correct replacement for LG

    No you can’t see the remote before you buy it. No you can’t see the picture on different channels before you buy it. No you can’t hear the sound quality before you buy it. If I was allowed to see the remote and picture before I bought this I wouldn’t have purchased this less than average hard to work tv.

    TV isn’t worth the price. The salesman convince myself & my wife to buy this tv instead of the one we actually came there for because he stated the picture quality was so much better. There’s nothing special about the picture quality with this TV. I regret taking your salesman advice. Never been so unhappy with a purchase I’ve made in my life. Terrible experience overall.

    The TV fell off the wall Best Buy workers took the screws. Can’t even watch the TV. It’s just leaned up against the wall on top of the fireplace. I have asked for my money back several times since it fell off the wall. my son has PS five that he has not been able to play because nobody would call back or respond after calling multiple times over the course Of a month and a half. Just so done.
