    Way to much money, for the quality of the picture. Same kind of screen nlooming that you would get from a 400$ tv. The colors seem kind of washed out. If it wasnt such a pain to pull it off the wall, i would return it. There are cheaper alternatives with the same quality.

    Edge lighting

    The edges of screen when pic isn’t playing full screen shows the edge lights around the screen, even when watching full screen when picture shows a dark scene, im taking it back disappointed.

    Best Buy has lost a loyal customer—both personal and business—over a $194 membership fee they refuse to refund. When we signed up, we were told we could cancel anytime and receive a refund. That turned out to be completely untrue. I contacted customer service and was met with a flat refusal, despite being misled at the time of purchase. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to make things right is incredibly frustrating. If you're considering their membership—don't. The policy is misleading, and customer service won't help when there's an issue. I hope Best Buy enjoys the $194, because they've lost far more in future business from me.

    Its ok but for the proce its not what I was expecting, there are many lines on the picture and not the clearest image

    Its too dark. Better for dark rooms, Some things look great, but I’m definitely upgrading!

    I was disappointed in the picture quality of the LG. spend the extra money and go with the OLED instead.

    The Tv measures 65 inches not 75 inches. I feel like I paid the incorrect price

    Overall not a bad TV. The only 2 issues are the slow LG processor and the annoying pointer cursor.

    Picture suffered in low lighting. Blacks come off as gray, and there’s a halo around the edges.

    Not what I expected after being installed and connected. The picture and quality of what I saw in the store compared to what I have at home is not the same. I don't know if it is because of the supplied signal from my cable company, the streaming services or if Best Buy installing it and possibly damaging the TV as well as my wall when they sent only one person to do so.

    The TV's good but the sound is not very good. You definitely need a sound bar

    I she had this tv for little over a month, now seeing obscured lines that seem to be distortion of some sort will be calling and filing warranty claim to hopefully reaolve….

    Don’t buy!!!!!

    Tv stopped working just over two weeks. Had to be referred to LG since Best Buy only does return under two weeks. LG has terrible support and conflicting information- they also want me to unmount from the wall. Pay someone two more times for their bad product! If I had remembered I had purchase LG range a few years back and had to call service 3 times and the issue was never resolved in full I would not have purchased this.

    Do not buy an "Open Box" item

    I bought the LG as an "Open Box" item. BestBuy's paperwork said the TV had been checked and it was "excellent". It wasn't. It had no items in the inventory, no TV legs, etc. The TV frame had numerous scratches. When I took it back the store's response was "The TV was in the box, we plugged it in and it worked." No check was made of the TV or the items that was supposed to come with it or the scratches. I returned the TV. Chances are, this store put it back on the floor to sell. I will not trust this store or BestBuy again.

    Ended up returning it because the picture quality wasn’t like the in store presentation. Older TV’s in my house had better quality.

    Not connect to netflix, espn, apple airplay

    I bought a TV to see sport and this tv it doesn’t even connect to ESPN. Also the tv have a netflix bottom but is useless within United States territory. You always need a second device to do those links. Apple airplay not friendo. I am completely disappointed
