    Best Buy refused to Honor Price Guarantee

    “I recently purchased a TV from Best Buy and was disappointed by their refusal to honor their own price match guarantee. Just days after my purchase, I noticed that the price of the same TV had dropped on Best Buy’s website. As a BestBuy Total member, I thought I’d easily be able to get the lower price adjusted. Unfortunately, when I reached out, they declined my request, citing vague policies and exceptions. I’m frustrated that my membership, which is supposed to come with added benefits, didn’t help at all. I expected Best Buy to honor their own pricing, but this experience has left me rethinking where I’ll shop in the future. Definitely not the customer care I was hoping for.
