    We went in with the intent of getting a new TV with little product knowledge. Ray, the sales person, was phenomenal in giving us all of the specs of the model we were looking at and then comparing it with other models to help us better understand what best fit our needs. All in all we have been extremely satisfied with the purchase we made and we’re happy we received such a well informed and personable guiding hand from Ray.
