    We had a good experience with Best Buy. We purchased a new LG tv in April unfortunately the Best Buy sales person ordered a 2023 model. So we noticed this in late May and request for a return and change to the 2024 model. Best Buy accepted our request and helped us in upgrading our TV. Thanks a lot.
