    I absolutely love this TV. This was my first big TV purchase in 10 years. The staff at the Tustin, CA location were very knowledgeable and were not trying to sell me something outside of what I needed and I appreciate them for that.

    My reason for three star review is that this TV, compared to another LG OLED TV I own, is simply an average viewing experience. It's great for general viewing, and if detailed quality isn't important. For starters, the display is not super bright, so please keep this in mind if you're needing a TV for a bright room, as this TV shouldn't be your choice. Also, blacks aren't very deep, where dark scenes (even in low lit rooms) can appear indiscernible. One characteristic that really bothers is subtitles during dark scenes. If you're in need of viewing subtitles during dark scenes, when the subtitle appears the light from the subtitle washes out much of the viewing area.

    Absolutely amazing customer service when we wanted to purchase a T.V., wall mount, and sound bar. Very patient and pointed out all the diffrences between brands. Well done Best Buy, well done.
