This TV is very large and quite heavy. The options for leg placement was nice and the sound was top notch. I did end up taking this back because it was too large for the space that I have. The 65" TCL that I ended up getting is a third of the price and has, to my eyes, a comparable visual quality, the only difference being the black levels. The worst part of this TV is the operating system. The user interface is clunky, not visually appealing, and far too complicated and busy. I am partial to Google TV and/or Fire TV and see no reason why you would try to do your own thing when those options are available. It is a gorgeous TV, but for $1,000 less I got something that I genuinely love and do not have to struggle with.

Wonderful upgrade to our family room. The picture is very fluid particularly in newer releases. Vibrant colors and easy controls. Smart feature is really good.

LG-75" 80 Series QNED - This TV is amazing! It's all of the good features and coments that I read before I purchased this awesome TV. It's so clear that it's hard to believe it's really a TV screen. One thing, the sound is so-so, like the reviews have pointed out. A big plus is so many HDMI and USB outlets. I love this TV!!!

Great TV for the price. Amazing picture quality and sound even without a soundbar. Highly recommend for anyone who doesnt have the kind of money to drop on a higher end model.

Great clear picture. I’ve been rewatching some shows and can’t believe the detail in the picture I didn’t see on our older TV. We use a sound bar so I can’t really comment on the audio.

I was excited to get this installed and setup in my living room after my 75 inch Samsung died only after 6 years. I was very disappointed with the lack of black (looked very grey) and backlight bleed through around the top edge and some blooming from the bottom corners. I will try playing with the settings for a few more days but I believe we were spoiled with the Samsung black and contrast quality and will return it if I can't solve the black/contrast issues. We do have a dark living room so this might explain why it is obvious at home and not in the store.

Great definition, lots of smarts features. Excellent choice for a family room.

“I recently purchased a TV from Best Buy and was disappointed by their refusal to honor their own price match guarantee. Just days after my purchase, I noticed that the price of the same TV had dropped on Best Buy’s website. As a BestBuy Total member, I thought I’d easily be able to get the lower price adjusted. Unfortunately, when I reached out, they declined my request, citing vague policies and exceptions. I’m frustrated that my membership, which is supposed to come with added benefits, didn’t help at all. I expected Best Buy to honor their own pricing, but this experience has left me rethinking where I’ll shop in the future. Definitely not the customer care I was hoping for.
