TV was packaged very well with box built to help install legs. It has great picture, easy to use set up instructions and apps for picture and sound adjustments work very well.

The size and quality is amazing for the price. Definitely worth the money. If you need a good tv for a good price, definitely recommend

I bought this TV because of the good reviews here and because generally I've had good luck with LG brand including a previous TV. At first I as happy with it, mainly watching sports. But then over the holiday we rented a couple of movies in 16:9 letter box format and the edge lighting was coming through the black letterbox areas. I tried to ignore it but found myself always being distracted by it. When I returned the TV and explained the issue two of the employees were familiar with the issues with LG. I thought maybe I had a bad unit but based on their reaction I think it might be a bigger broader LG issue. I exchanged it for a Sony and it doesn't have this issue and overall is a better picture anyway.

Got it mounted to the wall has a good picture and great for gaming. My only complaint is the speaker sound which isnt very good. I'll need to get a soundbar to fix the issue with sound.

Super easy set up. Had some issues with getting surround set going but, it was an eARC setting on the surround sound that needed to be changed, not a TV issue. Picture quality is great, doesn’t seem to be any issues with any viewing angles that I can see. The remote is a little challenging to get used to, in that it acts as a pointer but, that will just take some adjustment on my part. Very happy with the purchase.
