Don't buy open box items!!!

Flat out lies. When to local Best buy to buy remote but could only purchase lg universal remote TV Still didn't function ordered lg magic NFL remote from Amazon and tv still did not function beyond initial screen. Returned for refund. Prior to this experience, I've been very pleased with Best Buy, but I will never purchase any other open box items lost my trust.

A $300 interface for $1300. save your money.

Menus pop up constantly, settings toggle when you don't want to, and there's no way to set it up the way you want. Many apps aren't compatible with LG so I wound up having to buy a fire stick just to stream. Fire TV or Samsung are just better- I'm going to return this one and get something good.

Shop around

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After not even a year of having it the sound and picture started messing up, with the sound not syncing with the picture after watching for 1- 1 1/2 hours. the only way to fix it was to shut it off and turn it back on. And it doing the same thing after the same time frame. After contacting the manufacture and them blaming my wifi internet and me hooking it up directly to my router and it doing the same thing and ONLY on that TV not any others in the house, LG continues to say it is my internet that is causing the issue. I have bought a new router, hooked directly into the internet router and no fix. LG now basically refuses to replace this faulty TV because they blame it on something that it clearly isn't when it only happens to this TV and no others in the house.

Totally having to experiment. We were abandoned

We had no instructions book to guide us. I will ask Geek squad come out after Holidays and explain this smart tv.

What worse than all that is the motion control remote that keeps taking over instead of the buttons. If i could get my money back i would.

Irritating
